SGPT Momentum
SGPT Momentum is our energising midweek Small Group Personal Training session designed to keep you progressing, motivated, and consistent throughout the week.
This dynamic class combines structured strength and conditioning with constantly evolving training formats to challenge both body and mind while keeping sessions fresh, engaging, and enjoyable. Every three weeks, the training style changes to introduce new challenges, prevent plateaus, and help members continue building strength, fitness, endurance, confidence, and resilience.
Training formats may include:
- RFT (Rounds For Time)
- AMSAP / AMRAP training styles
By rotating the session structure regularly, Momentum creates variety while still following a clear progression system within the wider SGPT programme. This allows members to experience different styles of training without losing focus on long-term results.
Suitable for all fitness levels, every exercise can be adapted to individual ability, experience, injuries, or limitations. Our expert coaches provide guidance, encouragement, and technique support throughout the session to ensure members feel challenged appropriately while training safely and confidently.
SGPT sessions are scheduled as 50 minutes on the ClubRight timetable. The final 5 minutes are intentionally left available for questions, coaching feedback, and discussions around training, nutrition, recovery, lifestyle habits, or any additional support members may need. At Bodywise, we believe coaching should go beyond simply delivering a workout - it should provide education, accountability, and ongoing support to help members create long-term sustainable results.
