About SGPT MOVE

SGPT Move

SGPT Move is our Monday Small Group Personal Training session designed to ease you into the week with purposeful movement, structured training, and positive momentum.

While still delivering the coaching, progression, and energy that SGPT is known for, Move is intentionally programmed to feel slightly more approachable and balanced at the beginning of the week. The focus is on improving movement quality, building strength and fitness progressively, and helping members reconnect with their body after the weekend without feeling overwhelmed.

This dynamic session combines structured strength and conditioning with rotating training formats that change every three weeks to keep sessions varied, engaging, and motivating while continuing to challenge both body and mind.

Training formats may include:

  • EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
  • Ladder Training
  • Partner Workouts

By rotating the training style regularly, SGPT Move helps prevent boredom and plateaus while supporting long-term progress in strength, fitness, endurance, mobility, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

Suitable for all fitness levels, every exercise can be adapted to individual ability, experience, injuries, or limitations. Our coaches provide continuous support, movement guidance, and technique coaching throughout the session to ensure members feel comfortable, challenged appropriately, and confident in their training.

SGPT sessions are scheduled as 50 minutes on the ClubRight timetable. The final 5 minutes are intentionally left available for questions, coaching feedback, and discussions around training, nutrition, recovery, lifestyle habits, or any additional support members may need. At Bodywise, we believe coaching should go beyond simply delivering a workout — it should provide education, accountability, and ongoing support to help members create sustainable long-term results.
