SGPT Signature

SGPT Signature is our Friday Small Group Personal Training session designed to finish the week on a high with energy, variety, creativity, and a strong community atmosphere.

While still built around the core principles of safe, effective, and progressive training, Signature gives our coaches more freedom to design sessions using their own coaching style, creativity, and personality. This creates a more dynamic and enjoyable training experience where no two Fridays feel exactly the same.

Sessions may combine elements of:

  • Strength and conditioning
  • Functional fitness
  • Team and partner challenges
  • Circuit-based training
  • Conditioning intervals
  • Core and mobility work
  • Fun competitive elements and themed workouts

The aim of Signature is not only to help members continue progressing physically, but also to bring an extra social and motivational element into training at the end of the week. The atmosphere is supportive, uplifting, and designed to leave members feeling energised, accomplished, and ready for the weekend.

Although the programming style may vary from coach to coach, all sessions remain structured, professionally coached, and scalable for all fitness levels. Every exercise can be adapted based on ability, experience, injuries, or limitations to ensure members train safely and confidently.

Each session includes:

  • A guided warm-up and movement preparation
  • Coaching and demonstration of exercises
  • Structured training blocks with varied session styles
  • Individual coaching within a supportive small-group environment
  • Optional conditioning or team-based finishers

SGPT sessions are scheduled as 50 minutes on the ClubRight timetable. This allows time not only for the workout itself, but also for coaching, exercise demonstrations, session preparation, and a guided warm-up before progressing into the main workout.

The final few minutes are intentionally left available for questions, coaching feedback, and discussions around training, nutrition, recovery, lifestyle habits, or any additional support members may need.
