This Small Group Personal Training session is designed to push your limits and track your progress using the RFT (Rounds for Time) format. You'll complete a set number of rounds of a specific workout as quickly and efficiently as possible, all while maintaining good form and technique.

The focus is on intensity, consistency, and accountability. Each participant moves at their own pace, but the group dynamic keeps motivation high. Coaches provide personalized guidance, ensuring exercises are scaled to your ability and goals.

Expect a powerful mix of strength, cardio, and functional training movements that challenge your endurance and mental grit. RFT sessions are perfect for those who like measurable goals and love to compete—with themselves or the clock.

Before, during and after the class you will have the opportunity to ask questions about training, diet or lifestyle in general.
