In this format, you’ll complete a set sequence of exercises as many times as possible within a set time frame, focusing on quality movement, consistent pacing, and mental toughness.

AMSAP workouts are all about sustained effort and smart strategy—challenging you to maintain form while managing fatigue. With expert coaching and a supportive group environment, you’ll be encouraged to go at your own pace, while still being motivated by the energy around you.

This format is ideal for building strength, work capacity, and cardiovascular fitness, and every session is scalable to suit beginners and advanced clients alike.

Before, during and after the class you will have the opportunity to ask questions about training, diet or lifestyle in general.
