This Small Group Personal Training session combines expert coaching with the energy of a supportive group environment. Delivered in an EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) format, this class offers a focused, time-efficient workout that challenges all fitness levels.

Each minute, you'll begin a new exercise—completing the set reps or duration as quickly and safely as possible. The rest of the minute is yours to recover before the next round starts. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and functional movements tailored to your ability, ensuring progress without plateau.

Whether you're building endurance, gaining strength, or improving overall fitness, EMOM training keeps you moving with purpose and precision—no wasted time, and no getting lost in the crowd.
