Your Monthly Review is a valuable touchpoint designed to help you stay on track and make meaningful progress with your health and fitness.

Held in a relaxed setting at reception, this 30-minute one-to-one with your coach gives you the space to reflect, reset, and refine your plan moving forward.

Here’s what’s included:

✅ A quick check-in when you arrive – we’ll ask what you’d like to get out of the session
✅ A full body composition scan – tracking changes in hydration, muscle mass, fat %, visceral fat, and bone density
✅ Key measurements – including weight, waist/hip/chest circumference, and blood pressure
✅ A flexibility check – to spot areas of progress or tightness that may need attention
✅ A chance to review your recent training, recovery, and lifestyle habits
✅ Goal review – see how you’re tracking and adjust targets if needed
✅ Tailored guidance around nutrition, movement, or mindset – based on your current needs
✅ Time to discuss any challenges, ask questions, and make a plan for the month ahead

This isn’t a consultation – it’s your regular check-in to make sure your training is aligned with your goals, and that you're feeling supported, focused, and moving in the right direction.
