This Small Group Personal Training session is built around the Upper Push / Lower Pull training split—a smart and balanced approach that targets opposing movement patterns to maximize results and recovery.
In this format, you’ll focus on upper body pushing movements (like push-ups, overhead presses, or dumbbell bench work) paired with lower body pulling exercises (such as deadlifts, kettlebell swings, or hamstring curls). This strategic pairing builds strength, improves muscular balance, and supports injury prevention.
What to Expect:
A progressive warm-up to activate relevant muscle groups
Alternating blocks of push and pull exercises
Optional conditioning finisher for a full-body sweat
