Our infrared sauna uses far infrared light to gently warm your body from the inside out.
Unlike traditional steam or dry saunas that simply heat the air, far infrared penetrates deeper beneath the skin, creating a soothing, comfortable warmth that encourages detoxification, improves circulation, relieves tension, and supports skin rejuvenation.
Whether you’re looking to unwind, recover, or reset, just one session can leave you feeling refreshed and re-energised.
You’ll be welcomed by one of our team members and shown to your private sauna suite which includes:
A shower and changing space
Towels, soap, and a hairdryer
Relaxing ambient lighting
Fresh water and herbal tea
We’ll set your timer, temperature, and lighting so all you have to do is step in and relax.
Your session will begin at around 25 °C, gradually warming to 50–60 °C. This gentle temperature range allows your body to absorb and release heat without the intensity of a traditional sauna, making the experience far more comfortable and accessible.
Beginners: around 25 minutes
Regular users: up to 45 minutes
The air remains dry and easy to breathe, so you can fully relax and let the heat do its work.
Our saunas are spacious and can be enjoyed solo or with a partner.
Undress completely and step inside.
Sit on the clean towel provided - you’ll sweat generously, which is exactly what we want.
If the heat ever feels too intense, simply open the door slightly for instant relief.
Bluetooth is available if you’d like to play music or a guided meditation, though we recommend leaving your phone outside to avoid heat damage and enjoy a proper digital detox.
The warmth builds gradually, similar to the feeling of light exercise - but without lifting a finger. The air doesn’t feel heavy or humid, and the seat remains comfortable throughout.
Most people find the experience deeply relaxing, restorative, and calming. By the end, you’ll be glowing, sweaty (by design), and wonderfully clear-headed.
Take a refreshing shower, then enjoy a cup of herbal tea as you cool down. Most guests leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and mentally clear - a subtle but powerful reset for body and mind.
