Progressive Pilates is a gentle and slow-paced class. Ideal
for those who suffer with back problems, poor balance, low muscle strength or
recovering from various injuries.
Exercises are presented to adapt the individual requirements
and abilities of those participating. A wide range of alternatives,
modifications and progressions are offered for each exercise to ensure each
participant can move safely and effectively.
