Flow To Restore combines vinyasa and restorative yoga elements to give you a full body stretch and release. Starting with a flow that you can take at your own pace, we build strength and stability before using restorative postures held between 5-10 minutes to release tension and relax.
A typical Flow To Restore Class may include:
- Short pranayama Practise to begin
- 30-minute flow including sun salutations and full body stretch
- 30-minute restorative sequence
- Savasana and guided relaxation
Flow To Restore is suitable for all levels.
