Built around your needs, Vitality class offers you a safe environment to get physically and mentally stronger. Class content caters for varying needs and experience - from foundational level – those who are new to exercise, to those who have in-depth exercise experience but returning to exercise after injury, those who are suffering from chronic pain and those who are seeking overall body approach in a gentle stimulating environment.

The teacher will be guiding you through the range of functional movements, core strengthening sequences and gentle stretches.

You can expect to use light weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls, yoga blocks and more.
