Tabata is very fun class to music and it’s a great way to work all the muscle groups all before your brain as a chance to change your mind. Tabata is a high-intensity interval training method that consists of 8 exercises that are fast-paced each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. We will start the class with a dynamic cardio Tabata to warm the body and joints, followed by 4 Tabata’s 4 minutes each working the whole body.
