Want a workout that will increase bone density without going too fast? This hour long studio class is based on the whole body with an intention set before starting and using a mindful warm up and cool down. We will work through the legs, back and upper body with a core focus too. Using weights and bodyweight in a slowed down format. We start and end the class sitting or laying on the mat to create that space and intention for ourselves.
