Pilates Energy combines full body sequences, breath work and classical Pilates exercises to help strengthen and tone. This dynamic class focuses on progressing and improving mobility and flexibility using a range of techniques including balls, bands and sometimes the barre to help strengthen areas that may be prone to tension or weakness.
