Hatha Restore is a gentle and relaxing practice that helps to increase awareness of mind and body. Hence the name, this class combines breath work, gentle Hatha postures and Yin or Restorative yoga sequence of gentle asanas held for longer periods of time anywhere between 3 and 10 minutes allowing you to embody the pose and tune into the connection between your body and breath.
This class uses a mixture of bolsters, cushions, blocks and straps to make postures as comfortable as possible and suitable for each individual.
Guided breath or meditation will be used to help you relax into each position and feel the benefits.
This class is suitable for all levels.
